Which Tool We Will be Using to schedule pins?
I am a great fan of Pinterest. As I already said in the beginning of the article, that I get a decent amount of traffic from it as well. So, I want to share content on Pinterest on timely basis but because of having a busy schedule I was not able to do it.
So, I finally found an awesome tool i.e. Pingraphy. I am using this tool from some time now & I am in love with it. My love for pingraphy increased many times when I came to know that it’s totally free. It is very simple to set up this tool & schedule pins.
How to Schedule Pins with Pingraphy?
It is really simple to set up Pingraphy and it will hardly take five minutes to do it. So, without wasting any time let’s start. You just need to follow the steps given below:
1. Creating an Account:
The very first thing that we need to do is creating an account on Pingraphy & log in. Do sign into your Pinterest account as well in an another tab. We will need these both websites open at the same time.
2.Grab the Bookmarklet
The next thing we need to do is to grab the Pingraphy Bookmarlet to our bookmarklet toolbar. You will be able to grab it by logging into your account. There you will be able see a message as shown in the image. You just need to grab the pink colored “Pingraphy” button and attach it to the toolbar of the browser.
3. Working of Pingraphy Bookmarklet
The Pingraphy bookmarklet works similar to ‘Pin it’ button. You simply need to scroll to the page from where you need to pick images to pin. When you are at the web page where the pictures are being displayed, you need to click on the ‘Pingraphy Bookmarklet’ from your browsers toolbar.
It will show you a list of all the images present on that web page and you can select which image you want to use to schedule pins.
You need to select the images that you want to pin and then click green button that says ‘Next’ from the top right.
4. Optimizing Image
The next thing we need to do is to optimize the descriptions & the URL of the image and the board to which it will be pinned. It is really important to enter the details about the image as it gives a glimpse to the viewers that what is the context of this image, and where they can read the content associated with this image. So, do have a careful look at these factors.
5. Scheduling the Pins
So, we have reached the point where we have to schedule pins so that they get automatically posted even when we are not available. So for that we have to click on the schedule button on the same page that we mentioned in the fourth point.
As soon as you click on the schedule button, it will show you the area where you need to enter the time when you want to pin the image.
After you have entered the required information, click on confirm. And then the pin is scheduled and will be posted on the time mentioned by you.
Do share your views about Pingraphy? Will you schedule pins from now? We would love to hear from you via comments.
