Hey readers, a few days back I was in talk with one of my friend that people start blogging but only around 2% of the people become a successful blogger. The percentage is so less, and what could be the possible reasons for it. So we came up-to a list of some of the common habits found in the unsuccessful bloggers. I would like all of you to analyze this list of habits and check whether you are having this habit or not. And make your road to a successful blogger more easy.
Almost No Patience
Patience in any field is required. Not even ‘Bill Gates’ became the owner of ‘Microsoft’ overnight. It took a lot of hard work and time to make it a huge organization. Then, how stupid is it to think that your blog would be the world’s best blog overnight. Most of the newbies write 20 Posts and say they are not getting enough traffic and soon we see their status on Facebook, that ‘Wanna sell my Blog for 15$. Anyone wants to buy it?’ Do you really think that by this way, any one can be successful. Think About It.
Almost No Investment
How many of you think that any business can be successful without spending even a dime on it. More than 70% of the bloggers, almost spend nothing on your blog. People tend to use free themes, free plugins, free hosting, and the list goes on. I don’t know, why people are not hiring professionals to take their blogs to the next level. You can hire a logo designer, purchase a paid theme like thesis which is already SEO optimized, purchase subscriptions like of Aweber, Mail Chimp. These all things can make your blog – ‘ A Professional Blog’ and the chances of being successful almost doubles itself.
Almost No Professionalism
People tend to think that they can do everything in this world. But that’s wrong. A lot of bloggers, write content themselves, design themes themselves, design their logo – favicon themselves, do the SEO work themselves and do almost everything on their own. This kind of work clearly shows lack of professional work. Anyone who is a professional Logo Designer, do u think that everyone here can design great logos like him? The answer is a sure shot ‘NO’. Then why don’t we go ahead and hire professional to do the best for us. I remember a quote here ‘Do the best of Yours and Outsource the Rest’.
Almost No Creativity & Innovation
I have seen a lot of bloggers who just copy & paste the articles, or just rewrite the articles. They do not show any creativity in the content. Or they don’t experiment anything on WordPress, or on their blog. How can you think of getting higher than the person whom you are copying. Show some creativity and create content that people just fall in love with it and with your blog. This is the true meaning of blogging, creating content for the readers as well as content that is not present anywhere else.

I agree with you. Many don’t want to invest money or time. They think anything on the net is free but to make money you have to spend some money. Good points Harneet.
